farmer's market and fun and food!!
Sydney and Hannah are enjoying a ride in the wagon as they talk and giggle.
Sawyer and Sydney put together a craft.
We bought pretty flowers from this nice woman. Here, she is showing them how the flower opens. I am having a complete mind blank and i can't remember what they are called...dragon something...oh, it's going to bug me. OH! Snapdragons. Just remembered and i don't want to go back and erase all this...hee hee.
And you all recognize this picture. We were there just yesterday and I got a basket of tomatoes, a basket of green beens, a basket of cukes, along with 6 ears of corn, 2 green peppers, 2 zucchini, and 2 summer squash for $10 from this cute veggie stand.

farmers market and tattoos...
One of our favorite outings this summer was the farmer's market. We met our neighbors there and had a good time with them shopping around, eating delicious hot dogs, and getting tattoos! They were airbrushed and stayed on almost a whole week!

Sydney's soccer class...
Sydney took a introductory soccer class for three weeks this summer. She had a great time learning the techniques.
sugar cookies-yum!
Every once in awhile Sydney and I get in the mood to make sugar cookies and decorate them. I had been to Frankenmuth and bought cookie cutters that were summer themed. One day back in July we made these yummy and beautiful cookies! Sydney and I have been doing this together since she was two. There are pictures of her way back at the beginning of this blog! :) Go back to March of '06 to see them.
caught red-handed...
One morning this summer I was awakened to the sound of someone in the kitchen opening the refrigerator. I opened my eyes and saw that Barry had already gotten out of bed. I assumed it was him, so I closed my eyes and continued to enjoy the leisurely quiet summer morning. Well, my curiousity eventually pulled my out of my bed (or mother's intuition). I noticed that Barry was in the den with the door closed and discovered that he wasn't the one who had been rumbling through the fridge. It was our little guy, getting the ice cream out of the freezer and helping himself to "breakfast".
