Spencer soaked up his first visit to the beach. He loved the sand. He loved it so much that at one point he was on his hands and knees digging like crazy. It was so funny. He apparently enjoyed the taste of it as well.


We loved the beach. The warm water, the relaxing shore, the sand castles, the wave jumping...it was all so great!

We were invited on a very wavy Lake Michigan boat ride to our evening dinner establishment where good times were had by all.

And, finally, the sunsets were unforgettable.

This was a fabulous, very last minute vacation. We had the best time creating more memories as a family. And, it was made even better with the Hosslers and the Doorns, who so graciously welcomed us around their very nearby cottage.
